Since 2010, Institute for Cosmic Ray Research (ICRR) and Institute of Astronomy (IoA) of the University of Tokyo have been conducting "Global Observations of the Universe" which was supported by JSPS fund "Institutional Program for Young Researcher Overseas Visits".
This program aims for fostering world-class scientists with excellent leadership and offers opportunity for young scientists to visit observatories of the two institutes all over the world and conduct both observations and data analysis on site.
Two years had passed since we began this program and we held a conference for reporting and discussing previous visits, developments of related scientific topic, and future collaborative researches.
