Trial Construction of the 1-m Telescope Completed in Calama, Chile

The trial construction of the miniTAO 1-m telescope has been completed on 20 Feb. 2009 in Calama, Chile, which is located three hours away from Cerro Chajnantor, the site for construction. Wiring between the telescope and the instruments and the start-up of the telescope operation system are in progress.
