Atmospheric Transmittance @ TAO site†
This page provides the atmospheric transmittance expected at the TAO site. All data were calculated by the ATRAN model (Lord, S. D., 1992, NASA Technical Memorandum 103957) running on a NASA website. At the TAO site, precipitable water vapor (PWV) is expected to be 0.3 to 1.5 mm, and atmospheric transmission curves toward the zenith for PWVs of 0.3, 0.5, 0.7, 0.9, 1.2, and 1.5 mm are shown below.
