Pre-Registration

All who pre-registered will be informed about an abstract submission, which will open in January 2006. Note that this symposium is NOT pre-registered only, and that ANYONE who wants to attend the symposium should make an abstract submission. Abstract submission is now open.

Registration Fee Payment

Now OPEN. Please go to Fee payment page.
Fee for early registration is 30,000 Japanese-YEN, including charges for an abstract book, proceeding book, excursion, and banquet. This is roughly 250 US Dollar or 200 Euro, but can be changed according to exchange fluctuations. The current exchange rate can be checked via web pages (e.g. www.x-rates.com), although we do not guarantee the rate in these web pages.
Deadline for early registration is 12 May 2006. Note that late registration fee after this deadline will go up to 35,000 JPY (about 300 USD or 240 Euro).
We will be able to accept Visa and Mastercard credit card transactions for the fee payment.

Financial Support for Participants

Already fixed. If you requested us for financial support but have not received an e-mail about a fixed amount of support, please let us know.
We are sorry that we cannot afford any additional support, because our budget is limited.
