To plan the symposium we accept your intention at the following three stages.

preregistration (already closed, not required for all attendees)
Registration: submission of the paper abstract (already closed)
Because of the limited capacity of the conference room, only applicants with selected papers noticed from SOC can be attend the symposium.

You can check the results of SOC selection from here, although some contributed papers may be added due to cancel.

Registration Fee

Procedure:

Print out the fax form (link from here).
Print the total amount of your pay in JPY (shown in our receipt e-mail) with other infomation on the sheet.
Fill other information on the sheet and write your sign.
Send it to +81-3-5562-3666 (printed on the sheet) via telefax.
Please keep the filled fax form against unexpected trouble.
