- by Cars : it takes about 30 minutes from JR KISOFUKUSHIMA station or JR AGEMATSU station.
- by Buses : Be careful that there are only a few buses in a day.
- - Get on the ONTAKE-KOUTSU buses "to OHTAKI", "to AKAIWASU", "to KISO-ONSEN", "to ONTAKE ropeway" from the "KISOFUKUSIMA EKIMAE" bus stop to the "HASHIDO" bus stop. After getting off the bus, you should go on the 6km way to the observatory on your foot.
- - Get on the ONTAKE-KOUTSU buses "to YAKIZASA" from the "AGEMATSU EKIMAE" bus stop to the "YAKIZASA" bus stop. After getting off the bus, you should go on the 5km way to the observatory on your foot.
