We will describe the current efforts on Astronomical Instrumentation at the Mm-Wave Laboratory in Universidad de Chile. In particular, we will review our current involvement in collaboration projects like 
1.- ALMA Band 1 Optics full design and fabrication
2.- ALMA Band 2+3 Optics design and prototyping 
3.- Sub-mm detector arrays (CCAT-p, U. Cologne; Shanghai Astronomical  Observatory, Chinese Academy of Sciences)  
4.- FPGA-based Digital Signal Processing (ALMA Band 9, SRON/The Netherlands); FAST 500m Telescope, Chinese Academy of Sciences; NAOJ/ASTE ) 
5.- Innovation and technology transfer
