Dear colleagues,

 We are happy to announce that accommodation/package tour
page is now open. Please visit the web page and make the
reservations. Those who need only accommodations should
also make reservations through this page.

Important notes:

1) Deadline
  Accommodation/package tour reservations should be done before

                 *** 31 May, 2006 ***

2) Default schedule (both accommodations and package tour)
 is 6/25 to 7/1 (6 nights).

3) Hotels 
  You have two choices for hotels to stay: Hotel Nikko Yaeyama 
 or Sleep-inn Ishigaki. Remember that the conference venue is 
 Hotel Nikko Yaeyama. Sleep-inn is 20 minutes walk to the 
 conference venue (or 5 minutes by taxi at cost of ~500 JPY).

4) Room sharing
  If you have requests on room sharing, please write in the "request" 
 column of the tour reservation form. (e.g., specifying your room 
 mate, or asking LOC to find your room mate, etc.)

5) Delivering tickets
  Flight tickets for package tours are delivered at the tour desk
 of the departing airport on the departure day (e.g., for package 
 tour from Haneda, you will receive the tickets to Ishigaki at the 
 tour desk in Haneda airport, and for returning tickets at Ishigaki 
 airport). Details will be announced by "JAL Sales" (the travel company).

6) Special arrangements
  If you prefer flights which are not in the tour plans, please 
 specify them in the "request" column of the tour reservation form
 (however, note that your requests may not be acceptable, or the 
 price may be increased substantially depending on flights). Also, 
 if you want to lengthen your stay at the hotel, you can request 
 there.

7) The travel company "JAL Sales" take all the responsibility for 
 package tours and accommodations. However, please feel free to 
 contact LOC if you have any question or if you need our assistance.
