We have two announcements concerning the registration fee payment
and travel/accommodation for the symposium 'Mapping the Galaxy 
and Nearby Galaxies'

(1) Registration fee payment is now open.

Please visit our web site (registration page). Payment procedure 
consists of following 2 steps: 

 i) First, fill out the form on the web page. This is a sort of fee 
   calculator, and after submission you will receive an e-mail 
   containing the total amount you have to pay.

 ii) Second step is to fill out a fax sheet with necessary information 
   such as your name, credit card information, total amount, etc.,  
   and fax it to the number indicated on the sheet.

(2) Hotel and package tour registration

It is still under preparation. Hopefully it will be open within 
a few days. So please wait for a few more days. After it becomes
ready, we will make another announcement.
