Capacity Increased : The maximum number of participants has been increased to 150. This is the capacity limit of the conference room. 2. Paper Selection by SOC : Since more than 200 people have pre- registered, we will have to choose papers so that the total number of conference participants fits the conference room capacity. Registration Fee : 30,000 JPY (approximately 250 US$) for early registration, including one copy of conference proceeding, excursion, banquet, coffee/tea, etc. Registration fee payment will occur in April after the paper selection by the SOC. The deadline for early registration will be the end of April. The late registration fee, which will be charged after this deadline, will be 35,000 JPY. 2. Accommodation Rates: (per person per night, including breakfast) 17,600 JPY for single, 10,960 JPY for double, 8,880 JPY for triple at Hotel Nikko Yaeyama, the conference venue. There are some economical hotels in Ishigaki city, which is a 15-minute walk from the conference venue. Package tours (domestic flights + accommodations at Hotel Nikko) from Tokyo and Osaka will also be available. Details about hotel reservations will be announced in April. 3. Financial Support : Financial support for part of travel and/or accommodation may be possible for a limited number of participants, depending on our budgetary status. If you would like to receive financial support, please contact the LOC via e-mail when you submit your abstract. 4.
