The ASTROS standard time format
We call the ASTROS standard time format if the characters are written in one of the following 3 patterns.
- for hour
- value in degree with the character "h"
- example 19.23h
- for minute
- value in degree with the character "h" and value in arcmin with the character "m".
- example 20h3m
- for second
- value in degree with the character "h" and value in arcmin with the character "m" and value in arcsec with the character "s".
- example 12h34m56.7s
The characters are case insensitive. Each value can be in an integer or a decimal fraction but not in a fraction. The plus or minus sign must be attached as the first character.
